I ordered the Roadcase glasses with red lenses on sale. While I was looking forward to receiving them, the fit unfortunately was terrible for me. The glasses are extremely oversized, which is a rarity for me, as I have a large face and am usually troubled by glasses being too small. That is the risk you run when ordering clothing and accessories online, so no harm, no foul. The quality of the glasses did seem, however, to be quite nice.
Unfortunately, the return process has not been smooth. Strata charges their customers a $10 fee to return products, which I simply do not understand. I inquired about returning in-store, because I am located close to one of their brick and mortar locations, but they could not accommodate that either. Accepting that I would have to pay $10 to return the ill-fitting glasses, I went ahead with the online return process. Their automated online return process is telling me that I am outside of the return window (30 days from receipt), even though it has been less than 30 days since I placed the order to begin with.
