RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
TO RETURN A PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING FORM. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $10 RETURN FLAT RATE FEE.Â
ENSURE THAT RETURN INCLUDES MERCHANDISE IN ORIGINAL, UNWASHED, UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS OR IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ANY OTHER PACKAGING THAT IS PROPERLY SEALED AND PROTECTS THE PRODUCT FROM BECOMING DAMAGED OR LOST.Â
SECURE YOUR SHIPPING LABEL ONTO THE PACKAGING AND DROP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE OFF AT ANY USPS SHIPPING LOCATION.Â
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
