RETURN POLICY


If you have received the product and are unsatisfied with the item, we will accept a return within 30 days of receiving for non-sale items. Any items marked as final sale will not be eligible for a return. The items must be unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. The customer must pay a flat $10 return fee to cover shipping and returns. Once we receive the item, it is processed for inspection. When inspection is passed, expect a refund within 5-7 business days from the original method of payment. If item is returned damaged it will be held and not refunded. It is the customers duty and responsibility to package the return in sustainable packaging to ensure that the return will not be damaged in transit. 
STRATA® does not accept used or damaged products of any kind. Any products that are shipped back that are used or damaged will not receive a refund. If the product arrives back damaged we must uphold our policy.
We currently do not accept international returns/exchanges.

RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE

To return a purchase, please follow the steps below. Please fill out the following form. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for a $10 flat-rate return fee.

Ensure that your return includes merchandise in its original, unwashed, and unused condition, with original packing materials. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use alternative packaging that is properly sealed and protects the product from being damaged or lost.

Secure your shipping label onto the package and drop off your return at any USPS shipping location.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the product.
